This hotel is great value and is in a great location. Turn right of the hotel and walk for ten minutes and you are right in krakow Central Square. Right opposite is a huge shopping mall with carrefour and burger King/kfc/mcdonalds on the lower level. The rooms here are clean and modern and the staff can't do enough for you. I have stayed here over 8 different visits and I will stay here the next time too. Breakfast at the hotel is nice . Buffet style with optional made to order omelettes. There is a (small) gym on the 6th floor

This hotel is across the street from the train station--so convenient! It's very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and even though it's across the street from the shopping center and the main train station, this hotel is incredibly quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location close to sights, restaurants, cafes and transportation. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Modern design. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very nice breakfast selection.

Location is very good, right across the train station and a big shopping mall. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection, including a good variety of fruits. Bacon was the best, cooked as you order. Staff could smile more though. The hotel's tradition of giving pretzel to guests checking out is a nice touch.
